CASE STUDY 1 : A LEADING MANUFACTURE OF RETAIL REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT
Over time we have seen a massive increase in workload within this market, as our customer has acquired more and more of the UK market share in refrigeration.

This has meant on going investment into both equipment and personnel, we have implemented an in house management system to liaise directly between the two companies in order to enhance efficiency.

We have also increased our fleet continually year on year to match the increase of workload. Along with this we have invested in new equipment such as 3.6meter Tail Lifts and Moffet Mounty Forklifts designed for the specialist work we do.



CASE STUDY 2 : MANUFACTURES OF LIGHTING EQUIPMENT
We plan a weekly delivery schedule that is customised to suit our customer’s needs, taking into account peaks and troughs for warehouse picking. As with all lines of business flexibility plays an important factor and week on week our customer’s demands can change considerably.

Therefore Joda Freight incorporates an integrated computer system that constantly communicates between both companies to meet such demands. Our shared understanding is to arrange the work and distribute it evenly. We find it benefits our customers warehouse and ourselves if we keep the flow of work constant, rather than busier days and quiet days.



CASE STUDY 3 : MAJOR HOME IMPROVEMENT SUPERSTORE
We supply a dedicated fleet of vehicles managed from our customer’s main warehouse, for a weekly service to all UK stores. At busier times of trade we supply an additional facility for extra transport required. Also we provide a Container de-stuffing service at our premises for our customers where we sort goods and call off back to them.



LIVERIED VEHICLES
In the past we have supported several customers whom requested to have some of our vehicles ‘Liveried’.

In our commitment to our customers and having vehicles liveried on their behalf we feel this creates an efficient way of continuous advertising being
